We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the hotel offered excellent amenities including a spa, pool, and amazing view of the harbor. The monorail station was conveniently located near the hotel, making it easy for us to explore all the main sights in Odaiba. this hotel is situated close to three shopping centers and a shopping outlet, providing us with plenty of options for shopping. The staff were friendly and always went out of their way to assist us, making our stay even better. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of the bay and skyline. The staff is warm and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The breakfast at the Seascape offers a wide variety of delicious options, including both western and Japanese cuisine. guests can enjoy the pool and spa facilities, which are perfect for relaxation.

The nightly hors d'oeuvres at the Executive Lounge could be improved, lacking in variety and quality.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our New Year getaway. It was situated right by the waterfront, offering fine views of the bay and the city. The nearby shopping area provided us with ample entertainment and dining options. the tram station right outside the hotel made it convenient to explore other parts of the city.

There were a couple of aspects that fell short of our expectations.

As vegetarians, we loved the abundant Japanese and Western-style options for breakfast, catering to our dietary needs.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities. the indoor swimming pool and spa centre were truly indulgent and perfect for relaxation. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Tokyo Bay. the restaurant provided mouth-watering cuisine and excellent service, catering to all our needs.

The only negative aspect was the lack of vegan options on the menu. the staff did their best to accommodate our dietary restrictions and provide us with suitable alternatives.

The views from our room were fine. We had a balcony with a direct line of sight to the Rainbow Bridge and central Tokyo. It was such a treat to wake up to such a amazing sight every morning. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to the Daiba train station, Aqua City Mall, and Odaiba Marine Park. We enjoyed exploring the waterfront and found plenty of great dining options in the mall. The executive lounge provided a lovely breakfast and evening cocktails and canapes. The service throughout our stay was really good, with friendly and helpful staff who spoke excellent English. The rooms were well-appointed, with comfortable beds, a good bathroom, and reliable Wi-Fi. We also appreciated the convenience of the Airport Limousine Bus, which stopped right in front of the hotel lobby. I highly recommend this hotel for its fine views, superb customer service, and convenient location.

This hotel is truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a variety of services that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were superb, adding to the already impressive Spa experience. the hotel's restaurant offered mouth-watering dishes that were simply delectable, and the in-room breakfast was an added bonus.

this did not detract from the overall excellence of the hotel's staff and service.
